Seventeen years of Jerusalem apartments, done personally.
JTown Rentals started in 2009 with a simple idea: people visiting Jerusalem deserve someone on the ground who cares about their stay as much as they do. Seventeen years later we still answer our own phone.
We do two things. For visitors, we run vacation apartments in Jerusalem's best family neighbourhoods and manage every stay personally, from helping you choose the right area to making sure the hot water works on Friday afternoon. For owners, we have spent nearly two decades renting, managing, renovating and selling apartments here, which means we can look at a property and tell you honestly what to do with it.
We are part of the frum community, and most of our guests are too. We understand Shabbos and Yom Tov, kosher kitchens, walking distance to a minyan, and what an apartment has to have to actually work with children. We speak your language, in English and in culture. The neighbourhoods we know best
We specialise in the frum, family neighbourhoods of northern Jerusalem, and we also manage apartments in Rehavia, Geula, Baka, Nachlaot, King David and Mamilla, and the City Center.
For guests
- We guide you before you book. Tell us who is coming, where you daven and what matters most, and we will point you to the right neighbourhood and the right apartment.
- We hand it over ready. Clean, fully working and stocked with the basics, with a person you can reach if anything is not.
- We stay available. Email, WhatsApp or a phone call, throughout your stay, 24/6.
For owners
Rent it long term as is, switch it to short-term, do a minor facelift or a full gut renovation, furnish it, or sell it: they are all right answers, depending on the property, the timing and your situation.
